Dianna Cox

eco-somatic Psychologist

Owner of Warragul Natural Health

Dianna is a somatically trained Eco Psychologist with over 30 years experience in the field of mental health.  She is the owner of Warragul Natural Health and Inscape Psychology on the Mornington Peninsula.

Dianna specialises in helping women unravel the barriers that stand in the way of personal agency. As a result of living under thousands of years of patriarchy, women carry deeply held conditioning that can stifle verbal, sexual and creative expression. Through the felt sense of the body, Dianna helps women reclaim their innate sense of connection to self and the earth.

Dear Beautiful Souls,

What can I share with you about who I am? The labels and identities I put on in the first half of my life tell you little about my hearts desire or what is most important to me.

I choose to no longer work within the confines of traditional medicine.  Therapy cannot be prescriptive and I am not the expert who can fix you.  This is a patriarchal concept that robs you of your knowing.  The medical system views souls through a lens of pathology and you my lovelies are not broken.

If you choose to sit with me I can offer you:

Sacred presence so you can find the answers that are waiting to be heard deep within yourself.

My regulated nervous system so you can experience safety and healing in your nervous system.

The power of the heart, truth free from the conditioning we have been led to believe is love.

The fire in the belly, our instinctual knowing, if you too want to rekindle that fire in your belly.

My years of experience and wisdom being a daughter, a mother, a partner, a trauma survivor, a spiritual seeker and an embodied woman.  The latter I have reclaimed with great ferocity.

With nature as our ally, we can touch into your longings and untangle from the deep conditioning and wounds that keep you stuck.

The journey back to Self is a shedding and reclaiming all in one. It takes courage to enter the unknown realm inside to find your rightful place in the order of life. I would be honoured to walk alongside you on this path.
